HOW TO CALCULATE THE SCREENING POINT:

• For Members who are postpaid subscribers: Points are calculated based on the subscriber's charge amount after subtracting promotions, bonuses of the Long-Term Connection Program and discounts (if have). Points can only be added to the subscriber's account if the subscriber pays all arising charges.
• For Members who are prepaid subscribers: The amount of members consumed during the month is deducted from the member's main account.

HOW TO CALCULATE REWARD POINTS:

• Customers participating in the program get 500 points.
• Member's birthday is given 500 points.
• Customers with 3 or more subscribers give 500 points / subscriber.
• Long-term customers are awarded 500 points / year of use (starting from the time of participating in the program).

ACCUMULATE POINTS:

• Rating points and bonus points are accumulated into one account, called a Long-Term Connection account.
• There are 2 forms of accumulating points.
  • Form 1: Save points at long-term Connect account.
  • Form 2: Transfer monthly points to the Golden Lotus account to exchange for Vietnam Airlines reward products (only applicable to Members who are registered as Members affiliated with Vietnam Airlines and register to transfer points) Golden Lotus account.
