• Customers need to have a card code and access My MobiFone application via GPRS / Wifi, if customers use Nano sim, access the recharge function on the sim menu.
• Customers have bank accounts linked in Smartlink system, access https://www.mobifone.vn to deposit / pay online (list of banking systems with Smartlink system access at the website).
3. What is the Topup deposit form?

Topup: is a form of customers using their bank account to buy recharge value. After conducting the transaction:• The bank account of the customer will deduct the transaction amount.
• The account number of the customer's phone number is immediately added to the account.
• In order to use these deposit methods, customers need to contact their bank to register. Depends on the banking method of KH. Customers can charge via ATM, internet banking, mobile banking, sms banking (syntax and switchboard provided by the bank) or through websites of electronic partners providing card codes with links to banks such as VTC , Banknet, ...

Except on the account of the package output (purchased by the customer); 4. Subtract on promotional money accounts; 5. Subtract on main account. Note: For services with separate charging regulations, the service regulations will apply.
