MobiFone has the right to refuse or cancel any automatic bill payment transaction in the following cases: the card account balance is insufficient, the card is locked, closed or in a state of overdue, the customer has canceled its use. service or cancellation of the Card. In these cases, MobiFone will send a message to the customer and MobiFone will not be responsible for any damage that the customer may be affected directly or indirectly due to the refusal or cancellation. 6. Active service cancellation only applies to customers who have saved payment information on MobiFone's system for at least 3 months. 7. Canceling, terminating using MobiFone's service (Service cancellation, changing ownership) means canceling your participation in MobiFone's "Automatic Payment and Recharge" Service. The system will destroy all customer information on the system. For the cases not specified in this clause, any change to the card account will result in automatic termination of the service of billing and automatic recharge; The customer will be required to register for a new one.
