MobiFone luôn cam kết bảo mật những thông tin, dữ liệu cá nhân của Khách hàng một cách tốt nhất theo quy định của pháp luật. Vì vậy, MobiFone xây dựng Chính sách Bảo vệ Dữ liệu cá nhân (“Chính sách”) này để Khách hàng hiểu rõ hơn về mục đích, phạm vi thông tin mà chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân và các biện pháp chúng tôi áp dụng để bảo vệ thông tin và quyền lợi của Khách hàng đối với các hoạt động này.
Chính sách này là một phần không thể tách rời của bản Hợp đồng, các Điều khoản và Điều kiện sử dụng Dịch vụ Viễn thông và các Dịch vụ khác do MobiFone cung cấp tới Khách hàng. MobiFone công bố Chính sách trên các ứng dụng và trang thông tin điện tử của MobiFone, cụ thể: website https://mobifone.vn, Ứng dụng My MobiFone và hoặc các ứng dụng, trang thông tin khác do MobiFone cung cấp trong từng thời kỳ.

• The Consumer Protection Law No. 19/2023/QH15 enacted by the National Assembly on June 20, 2023;
• The Telecommunications Law No. 24/2023/QH15 issued by the National Assembly on November 24, 2023, and its implementing documents;
• Decree 163/2024/ND-CP issued by the Government on December 24, 2024, detailing certain provisions and measures for the implementation of the Telecommunications Law;
• Decree 55/2024/ND-CP issued by the Government on May 16, 2024, detailing certain provisions of the Consumer Protection Law;
• Decree 13/2023/ND-CP issued by the Government on April 17, 2023, on personal data protection;
• Decree 06/2016/ND-CP issued by the Government on January 18, 2016, regulating the management, provision, and use of broadcasting and television services, amended and supplemented by Decree 71/2022/ND-CP;
• Decision No. 07/2024/QĐ-TTg issued by the Prime Minister on June 20, 2024, promulgating the List of products, goods, and services that must register contracts according to the standard form and general transaction conditions.
The customer information protection policy of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") aims to inform Customers about the Customer Information processed by MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation ("MobiFone"), the purpose of processing, the method of processing, the retention period, and the rights and obligations of Customers regarding Customer Information in accordance with Vietnamese law on customer information protection. This policy also provides recommendations to help Customers raise awareness about protecting Customer Information. This policy is the general transaction condition applied to all activities of providing MobiFone's products and services and is applicable across all platforms that interact with individual customers in the digital environment.
MobiFone is responsible for providing this Policy to customers in full before signing contracts or transactions and obtaining customer approval of this Policy before carrying out the processing of Customer Information in accordance with the law. By checking the "Agree" box on the websites/apps providing MobiFone services that publicly post this Policy; or by signing a contract with MobiFone that references and attaches this Policy; the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to the entire content of this Policy.
Within the scope of this Policy, the terms below are understood and interpreted as follows:
1. MobiFone is the MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation and its subsidiaries (under the Ministry of Public Security).
2. A subsidiary of MobiFone is a company in which MobiFone holds 100% of the charter capital or holds a controlling stake, or has controlling rights over that company. A subsidiary of MobiFone is a company in which MobiFone owns 100% of the charter capital or holds controlling shares, capital contributions, or has controlling rights over that company. Subsidiaries are organized in the forms of: One-member limited liability company, multi-member limited liability company, joint-stock company, and other types of companies as prescribed by law.
3. Customers are: Customers are:
o Individuals or their legal representatives who use and/or are interested in MobiFone's products and services;
o Individuals or their legal representatives who have accessed and/or registered an account on the websites/applications providing MobiFone services.
4. MobiFone's products and services are:
o Ground-based mobile telecommunications services (voice services, messaging services, Internet access services);
o Fixed-line telecommunications services (voice services, Internet access services);
o Pay television services;
o Other products and services provided by MobiFone to Customers in accordance with the law.
5. Customer information includes:
(i) Customer's personal data in accordance with the law on personal data protection;
1. MobiFone is responsible for informing Customers of this Policy and obtaining Customer consent before processing Customer Information in the following cases:
a) When the Customer or the Customer's legal representative contacts MobiFone to request consultation on MobiFone's Products and services or expresses interest in MobiFone's Products and services;
b) When Customers try, sign contracts, register, or use MobiFone's Products and Services;
c) When Customers access and/or register an account on the websites/applications providing services of MobiFone;
d) When Customers agree to provide Customer Information to MobiFone thru public sources such as: websites/applications providing services; meetings, events, seminars, conferences, social networks, or dialog and discussion programs organized, sponsored, or attended by MobiFone, and/or from stored files (cookies) recorded on the websites/applications providing services of MobiFone;
e) When a customer of an organization or business allows that organization or business to share the customer's Information with MobiFone;
g) Being a customer of an organization or enterprise in which MobiFone has invested capital or purchased shares; or being a customer of an organization or enterprise that cooperates with MobiFone to provide products or services.
h) When requested by competent state authorities.
i) When MobiFone carries out tasks for the purpose of processing Customer Information as stipulated in Article 3 of this Policy.
j) Other cases as prescribed by law.
2. The personal data of the Customer processed by MobiFone (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") includes:
1. Basic personal data
a) Last name, middle name, and birth name, other names (if any);
b) Date, month, year of birth; date, month, year of death or disappearance;
c) Gender;
d) Place of birth, place of birth registration, permanent residence, temporary residence, current residence, hometown, contact address;
d) Nationality;
e) Personal image;
g) Phone number, ID card number, personal identification number, passport number, driver's license number, vehicle registration number, personal tax identification number, social insurance number, health insurance card number;
h) Marital status;
i) Information about family relationships (parents, children);
k) Information about an individual's account number; personal data reflecting activities, activity history on the internet;
l) Other information associated with a specific individual or that helps identify a specific individual.
2. Sensitive personal data
a) Personal data of credit institutions, foreign bank branches, payment intermediary service providers, and other authorized organizations, including: customer identification information as regulated by law, account information, deposit information, asset information, transaction information, information about organizations and individuals as collateral parties at credit institutions, bank branches, and payment intermediary service providers;
b) Data about an individual's location determined thru location services.
c) Other personal data specified by law as special and requiring necessary security measures.
3. MobiFone will inform Customers of the Mandatory Customer Information that must be provided ("Mandatory Customer Information") and the Optional Customer Information that can be agreed to or not agreed to be provided ("Optional Customer Information") at the time the Customer contacts, exchanges, registers, or signs a contract with MobiFone. MobiFone will inform Customers of the Mandatory Customer Information that must be provided ("Mandatory Customer Information") and the Optional Customer Information that Customers can choose to provide or not provide ("Optional Customer Information") at the time Customers contact, communicate, or register, sign contracts with MobiFone.
4. MobiFone may, by itself or thru authorized third parties, process Customer Information, provided that the processing of Customer Information ensures the safety and security of Customer Information in accordance with legal regulations. MobiFone can either handle Customer Information itself or authorize and hire a third party to process Customer Information, provided that the processing of Customer Information ensures the safety and security of Customer Information in accordance with legal regulations.
